1. Build — your product, starting from code that already ships

Every project below is one I wrote and maintain, so nothing starts at zero and nothing is a guess. Prices are total. One invoice, 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

2. Commercial license — for the 42 repos that never got one

Most of my repos are MIT: free for anything, commercial use included, forever — you need nothing from me and I'd rather you just shipped. But 42 of them were published with no license file at all, and in copyright law that means all rights reserved. If your company is shipping one of those, this is the piece of paper that makes it legal, and your procurement and legal teams will ask for it eventually.

Single-product perpetual license$2,500

Perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use, modify and ship the code inside one commercial or closed-source product. No attribution, no royalties, no expiry, no renewal. Signed licence document with your company's legal name on it, issued the same day you pay.

Company-wide perpetual license$9,500

The same rights across every product your company ships, for every employee and contractor, forever — plus any of the 42 repos, not just one. Includes a written warranty that the code is mine to license and an IP-provenance statement your legal team can file.

Being straight with you: individuals, students, learning projects and open-source forks are free — take it, keep a link back, you owe me nothing. This section exists for companies that need written permission on file.

3. Run it in production — for the infrastructure projects

Production-hardening sprint start small$999

Using one of my projects but it isn't ready for your load, your security review or your platform? I spend 72 hours on it: the fix, tests, a build you can deploy, and a written report on what was wrong. Fixed price, refunded in full if I can't deliver something you can ship.

How to buy

Email me at fayazdevinbox@uberip.com with what you need and which offer above it maps to. Scoping, quotes and "do I actually need to pay you?" are free, and I answer within one business day.
I send a fixed-price statement of work — scope, deliverables, dates, and what happens if it slips. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it in writing.
You pay the invoice by bank transfer (UAE account, USD or AED, details on the invoice) or by card. Builds and retainers are 50% up front, 50% on delivery. Licenses are paid once, in full, and issued the same day.
You get the work on the agreed date, with the source, the build and the documentation — and 30 to 60 days of support depending on the offer.

First time working with someone from the internet? Small jobs can go through Fiverr escrow (ID-verified seller, 5.0★) so your money is held until you accept the delivery. For anything above the escrow limits it's a normal invoice and a normal bank transfer.
